We take pride in providing high-quality USDA organic, kosher, and 100% natural spices, herbs, seeds, and coconut ingredients. This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and options if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
This policy complies with Pennsylvania state laws, U.S. federal regulations, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for customers in the European Economic Area (EEA).
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, your request must meet the following conditions:
The request must be made within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Perishable items, including spices, herbs, seeds, and coconut ingredients, are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Bulk and wholesale orders (B2B transactions) may be subject to additional return conditions and restocking fees (see Section 7).
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for the following:
Opened or used food products due to food safety regulations.
Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
4. Special Promotions & Discounted Items
Items purchased during a special promotion, flash sale, or discounted offer are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or incorrect.
Buy One, Get One (BOGO) Offers: If a return is approved, the refund will be calculated based on the actual price paid, and both items may need to be returned.
Gift with Purchase: If you return a qualifying item from a promotion that included a free gift, the free gift must also be returned, or its value will be deducted from the refund.
5. Bundled & Subscription Orders
a. Bundled Products
If you purchased a bundle or multi-pack, partial returns are not accepted. The entire bundle must be returned unopened.
Refunds will be calculated based on the discounted bundle price, not individual item prices.
b. Subscription Cancellations & Modifications
Subscription orders may be canceled at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it is non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective.

6. Loyalty Program & Reward Points
Purchases made using loyalty points or rewards are non-refundable.
If you return an order purchased partially with points, the monetary portion will be refunded, but reward points will not be reinstated.
7. Retailer & Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased our products through an authorized retailer or third-party marketplace, their return and refund policies apply. We do not process returns for purchases made outside our official website.

8. Wholesale & Bulk Orders (B2B Sales)
Restocking Fees: A [20%-30%] restocking fee may apply to large-volume returns.
Final Sale Policy: Some bulk orders are final sale and may not be eligible for returns.

9. Warranty Policy
Our food products do not carry a traditional product warranty. However, if you receive a defective product, we will replace or refund it per our damaged product policy (Section 3).
Shelf Life Guarantee: If a product expires within 30 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement or store credit.
10. International Orders & Refund Policy
a. Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their respective countries.
If a package is held at customs due to import restrictions, we are not responsible for refunds or returns.
b. International Refund Limitations
Due to cross-border shipping complexities, international refunds are only issued in cases of:
Damaged or defective items (with proof of damage upon arrival).
Incorrect orders (wrong item shipped).
We do not offer refunds for delayed shipping due to customs processing.
